★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intollerabile l'impossibilità di ricevere risposte, di fatto, non si risponde al telefono che, non collegandosi con il chiamante lascia cadere la comunicazione dopo innumerevoli squilli. Evidenzio che sono affissi cartelli in vista con i numeri telefonici, per cui gli addetti dovrebbero concordare con il cittadino gli appuntamenti per ottenere certificati e o documenti vari.
The impossibility of receiving answers is intolerable, in fact, one does not answer the phone which, by not connecting with the caller, drops the communication after countless rings. I point out that signs are posted in sight with the telephone numbers, so the employees should agree on appointments with the citizen to obtain certificates and various documents.
