E che tutti i mezzi siano costretti ad affrontare la rotatoria anche se devono prendere l'autostrada. Si è creato un imbuto che provoca una serie di problemi coda, ritardo, nervosismo. Facilmente evitabile dal mio punto di vista. Sono consapevole di non sapere i motivi di questa chiusura, e mi piacerebbe sapere. M	Marica Guerriero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso un appuntamento sulla piattaforma ministeriale, per un rinnovo della carta di identità , ad un mese di distanza e con permessi di lavoro presi, mi reco al Comune e il Sig Bonomi , senza spiegazioni ci rimanda al Comune di Brescia, sostenendo che loro non possono fare il rinnovo perché ci vuole la residenza. Allora ho chiesto come mai compariva il loro ufficio sulla piattaforma? E lui mi ha risposto che è un disservizio che ha segnalato più volte. Peccato che il Sig Bonomi non ha avuto la minima decenza (o il dovere) di inviare una email per tempo, al cittadino, per avvisare che bisognava rivolgersi altrove. All'ingresso, non mi ha fatta entrare, nonostante avessi chiesto di poter parlare un attimo in disparte (anche per la privacy) e non ha assolto neanche la richiesta di fare una telefonata al Comune di Brescia , per venire incontro al cittadino che ha subito questo disservizio. Ma stiamo scherzando????
