★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti, coloro che dovrebbero conoscere la costituzione ed essere al servizio del cittadino ci hanno fatto vivere un'esperienza assai discordante e parecchio frustrante. Sin da subito un clima di rifiuto e pseudo sabotaggio nei confronti di più di un cittadino italico bisognoso di usufruire delle loro competenze le quali poco aggiornate e disfunzionali ci hanno messo in difficoltà e nelle condizioni restrittive contrarie a procedure legali presenti nel nostro ordinamento giuridico.
 Incompetent, those who should know the constitution and be at the service of the citizen have made us live a very discordant and quite frustrating experience. Right from the start, a climate of refusal and pseudo sabotage against more than one Italian citizen in need of using their skills which, out of date and dysfunctional, put us in difficulty and in the restrictive conditions contrary to legal procedures present in our legal system.
