★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Castagneto Po piccolo paesetto arrampicato non lontano da Torino son andata per visitare il vivaio di Anna Peyron Avevo visto parecchie pubblicazioni che lodavano questo luogo e essendo giardiniera e amante delle rose e delle clematidi ero sempre del idea di andare a vedere se gli elogi erano giustificati Certamente si ,non solo il vivaio è pieno di poesia ma trasuda l impegno di Anna Peyron e della figlia Sayxa di Persano e la loro passione e competenza per la botanica Il viaggio e ben meritato Bellissimo il libro Il romanzo della rosa di Anna Peyron assolutamente da leggere, anche se non amate le rose come vanno amate, vi interesserà ugualmente
In Castagneto Po, a small village perched not far from Turin, I went to visit Anna Peyron's nursery I had seen several publications praising this place and being a gardener and a lover of roses and clematis I was always in the idea of going to see if the praise was justified Certainly yes, not only is the nursery full of poetry but it exudes the commitment of Anna Peyron and daughter Sayxa di Persano and their passion and expertise for botany. The journey is well deserved. The book The novel of the rose by Anna Peyron is absolutely beautiful. reading, even if you don't love roses as you love them, will interest you equally
