★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendo un appuntamento da tempo con loro per il 11/05/2020, mi presento ed è chiuso (oltre a me c'erano anche altre persone). Allora io capisco la situazione che stiamo vivendo del virus ma almeno chiamare il giorno prima e dire che siete chiusi mi sembra il minimo che potete fare perché in giro ci sono le pattuglie della polizia, carabiniere e finanza che ti fermano e ti fanno le multe se gli gira.
I have been making an appointment for some time with them for 11/05/2020, I introduce myself and it is closed (besides me there were also other people). Then I understand the situation we are experiencing of the virus but at least call the day before and say that you are closed it seems to me the least you can do because there are police, carabiniere and finance patrols around that stop you and make you fines if it turns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio collocamento di Bastia Umbra, pur nella difficile situazione che stiamo attraversando, è sempre d'aiuto, prendendo l'appuntamento o anche al telefono, per dare le giuste indicazioni e chiarimenti. La capoufficio, signora Marinella è supercompetente e disponibilissima a risolvere concretamente ogni problema, di chiunque (come sempre dovrebbe essere, ma non è cosa scontata purtroppo), pure velocemente! Una signora, straordinaria il cui operato è sinonimo di qualità. Mi augurerei di trovare più spesso possibile personale come lei anche negli altri uffici italiani e forse la burocrazia italiana sarebbe un po' meno odiata
The employment office of Bastia Umbra, despite the difficult situation we are going through, is always helpful, making an appointment or even on the phone, to give the right information and clarifications. The office manager, Mrs. Marinella is super-competent and very willing to concretely solve any problem for anyone (as always it should be, but unfortunately it is not a foregone conclusion), even quickly! An extraordinary lady whose work is synonymous with quality. I would like to find staff like you in other Italian offices as often as possible and perhaps the Italian bureaucracy would be a little less hated.
