Wonderful village, nice and friendly people, a small San Moritz, the PASSO baranca restaurant managed in a wonderful way by Gianluca and Giac. With beautiful, warm and welcoming interior furnishings. The spectacular cuisine always excellent quality products, from here to the country, definitely a plus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bannio posto accogliente e tranquillo. Albergo Baranca a conduzione familiare pulito, ottima cucina, accogliente. Peccato che il comune non abbia ancora aggiustato l'ascensore al suo interno. Una persone con difficoltà di deambulazione non potrebbe accedervi. Il centro del borgo con le sue vie caratteristiche avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia più accurata e una sistemazione della pavimentazione. Speriamo che il comune di Bannio provveda al più presto! Tanti complimenti all'albergo Baranca!
Bannio cozy and quiet place. Clean family-run hotel Baranca, excellent cuisine, welcoming. Too bad that the municipality has not yet fixed the elevator inside. A person with walking difficulties could not access it. The center of the village with its characteristic streets would need a more thorough cleaning and an arrangement of the flooring. We hope that the municipality of Bannio will provide as soon as possible! Many compliments to the Baranca hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bannio is een mooi, authentiek en rustig bergdorpje met hele karakteristieke straatjes die zo smal zijn dat je er alleen te voet doorheen kunt.
Het heeft heel veel kerken voor zo'n klein dorpje! Verder is er een restaurant, een hotel en een prima supermarktje.
Vanuit Bannio kun je een paar hele mooie wandelingen maken.
Bannio is a beautiful, authentic and quiet mountain village with very characteristic streets that are so narrow that you can only pass through it on foot.
It has many churches for such a small village! There is also a restaurant, a hotel and a great supermarket.
From Bannio you can take some very nice walks.
