★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ovviamente ci sono stato di sera, per cui non sono entrato nei monumenti quali chiese e palazzi storici, di conseguenza il mio non può essere un giudizio completo. Sicuramente è un paese suggestivo, ricco di stradine tortuose e in pendenza, con la pietra che impera ovunque. Devo dire, però, che la chiesa di S. Gerardo, così come quella di S. Valentino (chiesa madre a tre navate, di cui una perduta) sono estremamente anonime dall'esterno. La chiesa madre ha un portale in bronzo interessante e qualche dettaglio artistico in più, spicca il campanile, ma quella di San Gerardo non pare neppure una chiesa per quanto è esternamente povera, così come quella di S. Giuseppe, che ha avuto però una funzione sostitutiva durante la ripresa dal terremoto. Palazzo De Stefano e il comune, poi, sono altrettanto anonimi. Nonostante ciò, devo dire che il paese ha dei panorami non indifferenti, e risulta riconoscibile e caratteristico.
 Obviously I have been there in the evening, so I have not entered monuments such as churches and historic buildings, consequently mine cannot be a complete judgment. It is certainly an evocative town, full of winding and sloping streets, with stone reigning everywhere. I must say, however, that the church of S. Gerardo, as well as that of S. Valentino (mother church with three naves, one of which is lost) are extremely anonymous from the outside. The mother church has an interesting bronze portal and some more artistic details, the bell tower stands out, but that of San Gerardo does not even seem a church as it is externally poor, as well as that of San Giuseppe, which however had a function replacement during the recovery from the earthquake. Palazzo De Stefano and the municipality are equally anonymous. Despite this, I must say that the country has some not indifferent views, and is recognizable and characteristic.
