★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli porto un HTC ONE M7 per riparare il display il 14/11/2016 (per strada) e già la cosa mi aveva dato fastidio....per 2 mesi (siamo al 19/01/2017) mi racconta, Daniele Sampaolo , di aver ordinato il display (non si sa dove) e di non riceverlo da BRT . Ad oggi dopo avergli chiesto più volte di ridarmi il cellulare anche smontato non ho risposta. Attacca il telefono, lo spegne, non si fa trovare in ufficio....sparito! Insieme al cellulare.
Risponderai alla lettera del mio avvocato insieme ad una denuncia ai Carabinieri per appropriazione indebita, oltre a pagarmi tutti i danni!
Sono ancora disposto a bloccare tutto e a cancellare questa recensione, se me lo fai recapitare anche smontato e con l'acconto di 30€ . Sai chi sono e dove lavoro, altrimenti credo che ne dovrai pagare molti di più!
Siamo arrivati al 28/01, continua a leggere i messaggi che gli mando e a non rispondere alle mie richieste di dove sia il telefono. Non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così in 40 anni di vita! Andremo avanti per vie legali a questo punto!
Siamo al 16/02/2017 riesco a riottenere il telefono tramite l'intervento di un legale. Il telefono mi viene ridato smontato e STORTO, non più recuperabile secondo un altro grosso centro di assistenza, e per giunta la sim card non c'è più!
Il proprietario Daniele Sampaolo invece di chiedere scusa "sbeffeggia" tramite messenger alla mia richiesta e dice che non ha nemmeno aperto il telefono......SCRIVE che se lo denuncio lui poi si divertirà in procura in quanto lui lavora con i CARABINIERI di tutta Roma ...ti dai la zappa sui piedi da solo e nemmeno te ne accorgi! Ci vedremo presto! E VERGOGNATI!
Beneeee passiamo anche alle offese personali! Abbiamo firmato un foglio insieme in cui ti davo un telefono SANO per sostituzione display. Tuo padre l'ha portato dal mio avvocato SMONTATO E SENZA SIM! Non te lo saresti mai preso un telefono in quelle condizioni in riparazione. Lo sottoporro' a perizia e metterò tutto su carta che è stato piegato e non è riparabile! E pagherai anche le ingiurie!

Beneeee let's move on to personal offenses too! We signed a sheet together in which I gave you a HEALTHY phone to replace the display. Your father brought it to my lawyer DISASSEMBLED AND WITHOUT SIM! You would never have taken a phone in those conditions under repair. I will submit it to an expert report and put everything on paper that has been folded and cannot be repaired! And you will pay for the injuries too!

A distanza di oltre un mese dall'ordine (e dal pagamento !) di un telefono nessuno si è fatto vivo ne per il prodotto ne per restituire il pagamento.
Al tentativo di contatto il titolare Daniele Sampaolo si è dimostrato molto maleducato nonchè inaffidabile.
Tutt'ora si è in attesa di una sua comunicazione... intanto i soldini se li è presi e non accenna a restituirli.

Extremely negative experience.
After more than a month from the order (and pay!) A phone no one showed up for the product will do to return the payment.
At the attempt to contact the owner Daniele Sampaolo proved to be very rude and unreliable.
