r	robin delle stelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo purtroppo la recensione fatta da Alessandro Bergantin, ma nel mio caso si tratta di una stampante in garanzia acquistata in un centro commerciale. Portata in negozio per la riparazione mi viene chiesto 30 euro per portarla in HP con riparazione entro una settimana Decido di accettare allettato dai pochi giorni di attesa in quanto al centro commerciale mi avevano prospettato un mese. La stampante da riparare non si accendeva più e quindi non è stato possibile togliere le cartucce, ma in negozio mi dicono che la stampante sarebbe tornata con le cartucce incluse. In effetti i tempi di attesa per la riparazione sono stati rispettati, la stampante da riparare è stata sostituita dal centro HP con una rigenerata di livello superiore, ma al momento dell'accensione mi accorgo che le cartucce non erano incluse. Contatto il negoziante il quale in seguito alle mie rimostranze e alla mia richiesta di conttatare HP per fare presente il problema, mi risponde che lui non lo avrebbe fatto perchè " HP è una multinazionale e non avrebbe risposto". Ho quindi successivamente contattato personalmente il numero di assistenza HP. Sono dovuto tornare in negozio a farmi dare una copia della pratica di assistenza aperta in HP, e mi è stato ribadito dal negoziante che lui non avrebbe fatto nulla. Il personale dell'assistenza HP è stato molto disponibile, mi ha fatto presente che chiamando l'assistenza HP direttamente non avrei pagato nulla per la riparazione, e successivamente dopo avere spiegato il mio problema, e dato che avevo già speso 30 euro, ha provveduto a spedirmi nel giro di un paio di giorni due cartucce nuove. Il titolare è stato molto gentile nel coordinare l'acquisto via email. Pur di non perdere il controvalore dei buoni ho accettato un sovraprezzo e poi ho aggiunto una tastiera e mouse wireless pagati molto cari. Il PC funziona molto bene e consiglio il negozio. Per evitare assembramenti in questo periodo si accede al negozio non più di due persone alla volta. All'ingresso il vero per disinfettare le mani. O	Ornella Capurso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio! Caro come nessun altro. Ho chiamato altri 6 posti e tutti per la riparazione del mio PC mi chiedevano al massimo 150 €. Trovato sempre a Gallarate un posto che mi ha riparato il PC in un giorno e mi ha chiesto 130€ contro i 225€ che mi hanno chiesto qui. I do not recommend it! Expensive like no other. I called 6 other places and they all asked me at most 150 € for the repair of my PC. I always found a place in Gallarate that repaired my PC in one day and asked me € 130 against the € 225 they asked me here.
