★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho Portato un pc in riparazione perché non riuscivo a far andare l'audio, SOLO QUELLO.
Dopo una settimana mi hanno detto che l'audio a loro avviso funziona benissimo, hanno però rimosso dei virus.
"Quanto ti devo?" 40 euro, risposero.
anche se per un intervento che non avevo richiesto, (perché secondo loro l'audio andava benissimo) glieli ho dati senza esitare;
"ti serve la fattura?" No risposi.
Poi mi dà il resto senza scontrino, allora glielo chiedo (anche xché il pc non era mio e volevo darlo al proprietario) e mi sento rispondere: "se vuoi ANCHE lo scontrino devo farti pagare 10 euro in più" (anche?? anche cosa, porco **o, pensai...)
Probabilmente se mi fossi incazzato con quel villano di commesso me lo avrebbe anche fatto senza sovrapprezzo, ma sinceramente non avevo voglia di discutere.
Sono uscito allibito!!
Io sarò stato negligente x non aver provato con cura la scheda audio prima di consegnarlo... ma loro si sono dimostrati DISONESTI E MALEDUCATI!!
PS. il pc era stato acquistato da loro
I took a pc for repair because I couldn't get the audio to go, ONLY THAT.
After a week they told me that the audio works fine in their opinion, but they have removed some viruses.
"How much do I owe you?" 40 euros, they replied.
even if for an intervention that I had not requested, (because according to them the audio was fine) I gave them to them without hesitation;
"do you need an invoice?" No I answered.
Then he gives me the change without the receipt, then I ask him (also because the pc was not mine and I wanted to give it to the owner) and I hear the answer: "if you want ALSO the receipt I have to make you pay 10 euros more" (also ?? also what , pig ** o, I thought ...)
Probably if I had been pissed at that rude salesman I would have done it without extra charge, but honestly I didn't want to argue.
I went out stunned !!
I may have been negligent x not having carefully tested the sound card before delivering it ... but they proved to be DISHONEST AND RUDE !!
PS. the pc had been bought by them
