Acquistato un Computer su E-price arrivato con bolla contenente i loro dati e quelli del rivenditore romano (che non risponde mai al telefono, ne a email), scarica tutte le responsabilità sul rivenditore rifiutandosi di fornirmi un pezzo di ricambio in garanzia (computer acquistato pochi mesi fa) e nemmeno si degna di rispondere quando scrivo che sono disposto anche a pagare il pezzo. Professionalità Voto Zero !
Bad customer service. Purchased a Computer on E-price arrived with a bill containing their data and those of the Roman dealer (who never answers the phone or e-mail), download all the responsibility on the retailer refusing to provide me with a spare part under warranty (computer purchased a few months ago) and not even deign to answer when I write that I am also willing to pay for the piece. Professionalism Zero Rating!
