Sia quando abbiamo portato l'auto all'officina per visionarla che quando siamo stati all'agenzia per il passaggio di proprietà abbiamo trovato personale molto preparato, cordiale e disponibile. La vendita,ed è stata la prima per noi,è stata facile e in assoluta sicurezza tanto è vero che il mattino successivo il bonifico era già sul nostro conto. Ho fatto tutto a distanza, e quando la macchina è arrivata c'erano parecchie differenze rispetto a quanto era stato indicato. I km erano 20.000 in più di quanto dichiarato, c'erano parecchi bozzi sulla carrozzeria, luci non funzionanti, batteria quasi staccata, macchina sporca all'interno. Dopo molte, molte insistenze sono riuscito a ottenere che mi mandassero una parte di ricambio, il paraurti anteriore, che dalle foto sembrava a posto e invece era tutto abbozzato. A parte questa poca affidabilità, la macchina è a posto. Non penso di aver fatto un cattivo acquisto, ma non posso proprio dire di essere stato trattato bene. I bought the car three months ago. The km were 20,000 more than stated, there were several bumps on the bodywork, lights not working, battery almost disconnected, dirty car inside. After much, much insistence, I managed to get them to send me a spare part, the front bumper, which looked fine from the photos but was all sketchy. Apart from this lack of reliability, the car is fine. I don't think I've made a bad buy, but I just can't say I've been treated well.
L	Lucia Catte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un auto usata da questo rivenditore, avevamo notato subito che la spia delle candelette si accendeva, ma il ragazzo ci aveva detto "è tutto okay, è un difetto delle lancia", e ci aveva assicurato che l'auto fosse in perfette condizioni meccaniche in quanto l'avevano fatta controllare dal loro meccanico di fiducia. Inutile dire che il giorno seguente dell'acquisto l'auto ha iniziato a far un ronzio strano e dopo una settimana che il rumore aumentava l'abbiamo portata dal nostro meccanico di fiducia, sotto loro consiglio. Il totale è di ben 310€ perchè l'auto si è scoperto che aveva la cighia di servizio, le candelette e la pompa dell'acqua in condizioni pessime, non usurate in una settimana di nostro utilizzo, ma di tanti anni; pochi giorni e sarebbe stato un danno ancora più costoso. La ciliegina sulla torta? beh, il titolare non ci vuole nemmeno rimborsare la metà della spesa, con la scusante che noi dovevamo portare l'auto dal loro meccanico (aspettando anche 3-4 giorni, quando il nostro meccanico ce l'ha sistemata in due ore), quando loro stessi ci avevano detto di portarla dal nostro meccanico. Metto una stella solo perchè zero non posso. Non ve la consiglio, andate da un altra parte, appena si presenta un problema loro girano la faccia e se ne fregano, tanto i soldi li hanno già riscossi. Fate ridere! Needless to say, the day after the purchase the car started making a weird buzz and after a week of increasing noise we took it to our trusted mechanic, under their advice. The total is 310 € because the car was discovered that it had the service cighia, the glow plugs and the water pump in very bad condition, not worn in a week of our use, but for many years; a few days and it would have been even more costly damage. Cherry on the cake? well, the owner does not even want to reimburse us half of the cost, with the excuse that we had to take the car to their mechanic (even waiting 3-4 days, when our mechanic fixed it for us in two hours), when they themselves told us to take it to our mechanic. I put a star just because I can't zero. I do not recommend it, go somewhere else, as soon as a problem arises they turn their faces and do not care, they have already collected the money.
