Mi spiega tutto e alla mia richiesta di avere una pietra azzurra del mio bracciale come ricordo lei senza.esitare tira.fuori la pinza e mi consegna una pietra:) Sono stata davvero soddisfatta sia per il valutazione che per l atteggiamento. Grazie ci tornerò!
 First time I find myself selling a broken gold bracelet from several years ago. Very nice and very knowledgeable desk girl. She explains everything and at my request to have a blue stone on my bracelet as I remember her without hesitation pulls out the pliers and hands me a stone :) I was really satisfied both for the evaluation and for the attitude. Thanks I'll be back!
