 First time I go with the new management (I was already a customer before) I had a great time with the guy who was very kind and helpful, quotation in line with the other gold buyers of the Macerata area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono stato un paio di volte in questo negozio per motivi di necessità e distanza che ha sede a castelraimondo mi dispiace ammetterlo ma molto incapaci e non professionali la valutazione dell' oro non era in linea con il suo peso oltre a questo quando ti presenti a castelraimondo non si fanno trovare sul posto nonostante ci sia il cartello aperto cercheranno di farti spostare a matelica cosa molto poco professionale verso un cliente che magari ha difficoltà con gli spostamenti soprattutto in questo periodo. Concludo che con le volte in cui ci sono stato non hanno rilasciato il documento che attesta la vendita vosa che a mio sapere e illegale non lascio zero stelle solo perche non si può.
I state that I have been a couple of times in this shop for reasons of necessity and distance which is based in castelraimondo I am sorry to admit it but very incapable and unprofessional the evaluation of gold was not in line with its weight in addition to this when you show up in castelraimondo they are not found on the spot even though there is an open sign, they will try to make you move in a very unprofessional way towards a customer who may have difficulty with moving especially in this period. I conclude that with the times I have been there they have not issued the document certifying the sale which, to my knowledge, is illegal and I do not leave zero stars just because you can't.
