Compri è uscito personalmente a prendere le misure dei 2 balconi per cui avevo richiesto la copertura con la tenda solare. Tuttavia una delle due tende NON COPRE ADEGUATAMENTE le finestre perchè il tendaggio è più stretto. Nonostante io abbia reclamato entro i termini del contratto, il Sig. Compri non è intenzionato ad assumersi la responsabilità del suo sbaglio e non si fa più trovare, oltre ad essere stato cafone quando mi sono permessa di contestare il lavoro. Quindi NON CONSIGLIO PER NIENTE!!! PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!! If it could, I would give LESS THAN ONE star. Compri...lei mi ha spiegato come si prendono le misure di un tendaggio DOPO che ho fatto reclamo perché il telo non copriva tutta la larghezza del balcone per il quale avevo chiesto la copertura. Se lei avesse specificato che la misura della tenda finita NON COINCIDE con la misura del tendaggio, le avrei chiesto di prevedere una misura più ampia. Mi sono fidata della sua professionalità che evidentemente é POCA! Compri ha preso personalmente le misure...sbagliandole... Una volta installata è diventato evidente che non è adatta perchè non copre tutto il vano (mancano 6 centimetri per parte) quindi ci si è rivolti al Sig Compri Stefano per cercare una soluzione senza nessun risultato: Devono farsela andar bene così.... quindi per evitare almeno che piovesse sotto la cappottina dalle aperture lasciate hanno dovuto pagare altre persone per metterci una pezza. Risultato: lavoro fatto male, spesa doppia e profonda delusione circa la professionalità dell'azienda fornitrice che evidentemente non ritiene che la soddisfazione del cliente sia una priorità. Non tengono aggiornati sulla data di consegna, ritardi notevoli rispetto alle previsioni, montaggio della tenda senza pulizia dei bracci quindi appena rientra la tenda si sporca subito sotto. Promettono orari d'intervento che non rispettano. Maledetto il giorno che ho pagato l'intero importo in anticipo. Dear at first .... terrible customer service. Si rompe l'arganello della tenda del balcone e, secondo quest'azienda, si tratta di un problema irreparabile (senza nemmeno avere smontato il pezzo) e di un modello non più reperibile. L'unica possibilità è rifare tutto, tenda compresa. Preventivo, grazie agli incentivi, di "soli 700 €". Dopo un paio di giorni altra Ditta ha cambiato arganello e pulito tutto per poco più di 100 €.
