C	Claudio Raccuglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo svariate telefonate per sapere se mia figlia fosse stata accettata, giunti a metà settembre, l’operatrice, piuttosto sbrigativa ci annuncia che, la bambina, non avendo compiuto ancora i 3 anni di età, non aveva diritto alla frequentazione. Peccato che sul modulo di iscrizione, (che l’operatrice avrebbe dovuto conoscere bene) era specificato che avevano diritto ad essere iscritti (indipendentemente se venissero accettati o meno), tutti i bambini che compiono i 3 anni entro il 31/12/2021. Decidiamo allora di vederci chiaro e inviamo una PEC alla scuola per avere maggiori delucidazioni, anche per capire come mai la struttura non è attrezzata adeguatamente per questa fascia di età (nonostante, ripeto, nel modulo di iscrizione, vi fosse compresa). Ovviamente non abbiamo ottenuto risposta neanche con una mail certificata. A questo punto manderemo un’altra PEC, ma non alla struttura in questione, ma a chi è preposto al controllo della stessa, per conoscenza e per accettarci che non ci siano state irregolarità. After several phone calls to find out if my daughter had been accepted, in mid-September, the rather hasty operator announces that the child, having not yet turned 3 years of age, was not entitled to attend. Too bad that on the registration form (which the operator should have known well) it was specified that all children who turn 3 by 31/12/2021 had the right to be registered (regardless of whether they were accepted or not). So we decide to see each other clearly and send a PEC to the school to get more explanations, also to understand why the structure is not adequately equipped for this age group (although, I repeat, in the registration form, it was included). Obviously, we did not get an answer even with a certified email. At this point we will send another certified e-mail, but not to the structure in question, but to whoever is in charge of checking it, for knowledge and to accept that there have been no irregularities.
