★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complesso edilizio che comprende circa 6000 metri quadrati di piano terra a uso commerciale, con asilo nido, struttura di sostegno alla persona, palestra, esercizi singoli e un supermerato, e dieci piani con circa 130 alloggi residenziali.
I due piani sotterranei oltre a un livello di box di pertinenza dei singoli alloggi ospitano anche un grande parcheggio destinato ai clienti del supermercato, ed è stata ridisegnata e modificata la viabilità della zona.
Il progetto, del 2008, era rimasto bloccato per oltre dieci anni, poi ripartito per essere completato entro il 2020, ma da ultima anche la pandemia ha portato ritardi nella realizzazione facendola slittare a inizio 2021.
 Building complex that includes approximately 6000 square meters of ground floor for commercial use, with nursery, personal support structure, gym, single exercises and a supermarket, and ten floors with approximately 130 residential accommodations.
The two underground floors as well as a level of garage belonging to the individual lodgings also house a large parking lot for supermarket customers, and the area's viability has been redesigned and modified.
The 2008 project had been blocked for over ten years, then restarted to be completed by 2020, but recently the pandemic has also led to delays in its implementation, causing it to be postponed to the beginning of 2021.
