★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato una volta alla polizia postale per una denuncia per truffa sul sito subito.it a quei tempi ho pagato in fiducia con Postepay e il venditore è sparito senza spedire il telefono. Avevo codice fiscale, nome, cognome, via... Insomma di tutto ma per la legge denunciare questo tizio mi sarebbe costato un sacco di soldi fra avvocati, a fare l'udienza nella città del truffatore, per recuperare i 100 euro ne avrei dovuto pagare il triplo e poi anche se li avrei recuperati. Insomma le 2 stelle sono perché la legge fa leggi stupide, mette in una cassaforte i truffatori e se non puoi permetterti avvocati buoni rimani truffato e fregato.
