Dopo aver comprato un paio di Nike al quale avevo chiesto il cambio cosa che non mi è stato concesso in negozio e malgrado le innumerevoli segnalazioni fatte via posta al servizio clienti/reclami AwLab non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Non compro più loro prodotti.
It's been about 13 months since the last pair of shoes bought by AwLab after being a regular customer for more than 7 years. After buying a pair of Nikes which I had asked for a change, which was not granted to me in the shop and despite the countless reports made by post to AwLab customer service / complaints, I never received an answer. I don't buy their products anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato tre felpe e mi sono arrivate un paio di converse…nulla di male perché comprendo che in mezzo a migliaia di articoli possa capitare.
Il problema è la gestione assurda del problema, ho aperto la segnalazione 15 giorni fa e ancora non ho le felpe…
Secondo la loro procedura aziendale dovrei effettuare il reso delle felpe rispedendo le scarpe, sostengono che non possono più spedire la merce cha ho acquistato.
Sarebbe sufficiente inviare le felpe (sono in stock perché ho simulato l’acquisto) e ritirare le scarpe.
Non posso fare un reso di qualcosa che non mi è mai arrivato…
PESSIMA GESTIONE

According to their company procedure I should return the sweatshirts by sending the shoes back, they claim that they can no longer ship the goods I have purchased.
It would be enough to send the sweatshirts (they are in stock because I simulated the purchase) and collect the shoes.
I cannot return something that has never arrived ...
