Ora capisco il tempo. di attesa ridotto rispetto ad altri ospedali per una visita in questa struttura! Bad experience! Specialist visit from a truly incompetent specialist. Now I understand the time. reduced waiting time compared to other hospitals for a visit to this facility!

Unkindness at the sampling center seems to be doing you a favor if they don't know how to speak between departments, I certainly don't have to run back and forth with a small child because they don't know which way they are turned

Grazie di cuore a tt per tt quello che fate... Dopo un mese di prenotazione di esami del sangue specifici per una diagnosi importante , arrivo la con appuntamento alle 8:25 del mattino E mi ritrovo il mondo davanti... Esce fuori l’infermiera scortese e dice che il sistema è bloccato ! e non è la prima volta! o che usano un sistema del 1999 o boh... perciò niente esami del sangue, vista la situazione sarei entrato sicuramente alle 13 a farli vista la coda infinita che avevo davanti .... Il turno di lavoro iniziava alle 12:30 perciò pessimi.... CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, GLI ESAMI DEL SANGUE FATELI ALTROVE PRIMA DI IMBATTERVI IN BRUTTE SORPRESE.... Bad experience, the worst ....... After a month of booking specific blood tests for an important diagnosis, I arrive there by appointment at 8:25 am And I find the world in front of me ... The rude nurse comes out and says that the system is blocked! and it is not the first time! or who use a 1999 system or whatever ... so no blood tests, given the situation I would certainly have entered at 13 to have them given the endless queue in front of me .... The work shift started at 12:30 so bad .... HIGHLY RECOMMEND, DO THE BLOOD TESTS ELSEWHERE BEFORE BETWEEN BAD SURPRISES ....

Vado per fare una visita (sono al settimo mese di gravidanza), porto con me mia figlia di 9 anni, non andata a scuola perché non sono di cremona e gli orari degli autobus sono pessimi. Morale della favola, non mi fanno passare perché la bambina non può entrare in reparto, quando invece l'ho sempre portata con me. Visita rimandata, e per loro era risolto il problema. Intanto io la visita non l'ho fatta! Vergognatevi One star is too much. I go for a visit (I'm in the seventh month of pregnancy), I take my 9-year-old daughter with me, she didn't go to school because I'm not from Cremona and the bus timetables are bad. Moral of the story, they don't let me through because the little girl can't enter the ward, when instead I always took her with me. Visit postponed, and for them the problem was solved. In the meantime, I didn't make the visit! Shame on you
