Preso dal panico mi sono recato dopo pochi metri nel centro gomme dove, spiegato il mio problema, sono stato subito accolto come se fossi un cliente abitudinario. Gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia hanno caratterizzato l'incontro, ma la cosa più importante è che mi hanno sostituito la gomma con la stessa che avevo prima risolvendomi il problema tempestivamente. Mi hanno lasciato molto soddisfatto. Beh che dire da un episodio spiacevole il Centro Gomme Davino ha trovato un cliente in più. An unpleasant incident happened to me, I was near the Davino Tire Center, unfortunately I drilled a tire because of a ditch. In a panic, after a few meters I went to the tire center where, having explained my problem, I was immediately welcomed as if I were a habitual customer. Kindness, courtesy and sympathy characterized the meeting, but the most important thing is that they replaced the rubber with the same that I had before solving the problem promptly. They left me very satisfied. Well what to say from an unpleasant episode the Davino Tire Center has found an extra customer.
