Bad service. Shop run by rude and disrespectful shop assistants. Experience not to be repeated. Change staff if you don't want to shut down.

ho fatto fare l orlo a un pantalone concordando una cifra di 7 euro...al ritiro..il costo miracolosamente è diventato 12 euro e 50 (dicono si sono sbagliati!)..e il pantalone è arrivato anche sporco (cosa che hanno constatato anche loro). Hanno preteso lo stesso i soldi in più..nonostante comunque avessi fatto altri acquisti!

I had a trouser hem hemmed by agreeing on a figure of 7 euros ... upon withdrawal .. the cost miraculously became 12 euros and 50 (they say they were wrong!) .. and the trousers arrived also dirty (which they have found them too). They demanded the extra money anyway ... even though I had made other purchases!
