Ho portato anche un'amica con me e ne é rimasta entusiasta :) Great place, welcoming staff and Grace has all my trust ... she knows her stuff. I also brought a friend with me and she was thrilled :)

L	Lory Antoci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dare più di una stella a questo salone......dopo aver chiamato e chiesto se avessero possibilità per fare un'acconciatura, mi viene dato un appuntamento per le 14 e 45 , arrivo nel salone e le ragazze impiegate del posto mi preparano la base per l'acconciatura che doveva essere terminata dalla titolare , ma io la titolare non l'ho mai vista, mi riferiscono che aveva avuto un imprevisto e non poteva arrivare , a quel punto chiedo comunque alle ragazze di procedere all'acconciatura ma mi viene risposto che la titolare si era portata tutto il necessario per quel tipo di lavoro, e mi dicono di potermi fare solamente una piega . Quindi sono rimasta un ora e mezza dentro al salone per poi uscire con una piega orribile al posto di un'acconciatura per la quale avevo prenotato e durata 10 minuti ,che ho dovuto anche pagare. Unfortunately I can not give more than one star to this salon ...... after calling and asking if they had a chance to do a hairstyle, I am given an appointment for 2:45 pm, I arrive in the salon and the girls employed by the place they prepare the basis for the hairstyle that had to be finished by the owner, but I have never seen the owner, they tell me that she had had an unexpected event and could not arrive, at that point I still ask the girls to proceed with the hairstyle but I am told that the owner had brought everything necessary for that type of work, and they tell me they can only make a turn. So I stayed an hour and a half inside the salon and then came out with a horrible fold instead of a hairstyle for which I had booked and lasted 10 minutes, which I also had to pay for.

Grazie.... I requested a simple color and they forgot to protect the face contour ... so to subsequently remove the color on the skin they created a bruise on my entire forehead. Thanks....

Servizio di consulenza inesistente, ti mettono le mani in testa senza chiedere/capire/spiegare cosa stiano facendo. Uscita dopo SEI ore (nessuno mi ha avvisata dei tempi così lunghi). Ragazze per niente professionali. Conto MOLTO elevato e non proporzionato ai servizi ed al livello di servizio offerto. Ahimè a Donnalucata non ci sono molte altre alternative, ma comunque evitatelo. A star only because it is the minimum To be able to leave a judgment. No consultancy service, they put their hands on your head without asking / understanding / explaining what they are doing. Exit after SIX hours (no one warned me of such a long time). Girls that are not professional at all. VERY high account and not proportionate to the services and the level of service offered. Alas in Donnalucata there are not many other alternatives, but avoid it anyway.
