Ho scelto questo per un'insieme di piccole cose che me lo hanno fatto percepire come professionale. Sono andata per una piega, era un'urgenza... Mi ha preso in carico Francesca. L'ambiente è non grande, ma gradevole, si respira un'atmosfera dinamica ma rilassante. Francesca con me è stata veramente professionale. Mi ha dato una valutazione sulla struttura del mio capello, dei miei volumi, dei pregi e difetti di avere questo capello, per me così difficile da gestire, ha cercato di entrare in contatto con me, ma cosa per me importante, mi ha permesso di sentire che potevo fare domande giuste perché ho percepito una persona competente, niente affatto approssimativa o banale. Il risultato è stata una piega finalmente come la vedo su altre donne, ma non sono mai riuscita ad avere... Mi sono piaciuta molto... Sono contenta della scelta che ho fatto. Questa volta invece sono davvero contenta del risultato, ho ottenuto esattamente quello che ho chiesto. Solitamente i parrucchieri tendono a non rispettare le mie volontà, dal momento che ho i capelli molto lunghi e questo probabilmente li porta a sbizzarrirsi con le forbici. Qui invece ho trovato tanta gentilezza e comprensione, Isabella iper professionale così come il resto dello staff. Dopo tante esperienze negative, ho finalmente trovato un salone dove mi sento ascoltata.
