★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con Esmeralda persona arrogante e presuntuosa che vuole fare a modo suo e non ascolta assolutamente le altrui esigenze. Sono rimasta molto scontenta anzi scioccata da questa esperienza.
I have dealt with Esmeralda arrogant and presumptuous person who wants to do it his way and does not listen to the needs of others. I was very unhappy indeed shocked by this experience.
