★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato sabato mattina un rotolo da 100 metri di tubo nero pie diametro 20, tornato lunedi mattina per chiedere se me lo prendevano indietro visto e considerato che al sabato pomeriggio la struttura è chiusa mi sono sentito rispondere che il reso non è possibile perché al massimo avrei dovuto farlo in giornata. Ma come cavolo facevo che al pomeriggio di sabato erano chiusi? Morale della favola io non ho chiesto la restituzione dei soliti ma un buono da spendere pari al valore acquistato. Mi hanno detto che non è possibile? Mai capitata una cosa così nella mia vita, comunque cliente perso ma la questione vi garantisco che non finirà qui visto che mi informerò tramite i canali competenti se a livello legale è permessa una cosa del genere. Comunque GRAZIE per il trattamento ricevuto. Oltretutto se vai da privato come sono andato io la roba è carissima infatti ho scoperto che lo stesso tubu da me acquistato, altrove costa meno della metà. Doppiamente fregato pagato 22 euro, altrove 9 euro. Grazie

Never happened to such a thing in my life, anyway a lost customer but the question I guarantee you will not end here as I will inform myself through the competent channels if such a thing is permitted at a legal level. However THANK YOU for the treatment received. Besides, if you go to a private place like I did, the stuff is very expensive, in fact I discovered that the same tubu I bought, elsewhere costs less than half. Doubly rubbed paid 22 euros, elsewhere 9 euros. Thank you
