La posizione strategica lo rende perfetto per chi come me ha dovuto spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici. All’interno c’è tutto quello che serve e anche di più: Cucina nuova e ottimamente arredata, bagno comodo, letto davvero confortevole e un utilissimo balcone. Ioria è una splendida padrona di casa. Simpatica, disponibile e attenta a qualsiasi esigenza (tra l’altro parla molte lingue!!) Insomma, consiglio assolutamente di pernottare qui se dovete venire a Como, non ve ne pentirete, anzi!!! ;) This small but lovely apartment is exactly what it was for me. The strategic location makes it perfect for people like me who have had to travel by public transport. Inside there is everything you need and more: new and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bathroom, really comfortable bed and a very useful balcony. Ioria is a wonderful hostess. Friendly, helpful and attentive to any need (among other things she speaks many languages !!) In short, I absolutely recommend staying here if you have to come to Como, you won't regret it, on the contrary !!! ;)

È possibile raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti tramite bus o treno (tenendo presente che in auto ci vogliono solo 5 minuti). L'accoglienza è ottima e sono presenti servizi aggiuntivi come la possibilità di acquistare i biglietti per i mezzi pubblici direttamente dalla proprietaria. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è costituito da un soggiorno con cucina ed un piccolo disimpegno che porta al bagno. L'arredamento è davvero di buon gusto. A 200 metri di distanza dall'appartamento è presente un sentiero per raggiungere il Monte Goi, sul quale è presente una baita dove poter assaggiare piatti tipici locali e godere di una bellissima vista sul centro città. Consiglio il soggiorno a chi ama storia e cultura ma anche camminate e paesaggi a dir poco spettacolari. The property is located in Albate, a well-served village a few kilometers from Como. You can reach the center in a few minutes by bus or train (bearing in mind that it takes only 5 minutes by car). The reception is excellent and there are additional services such as the possibility of purchasing tickets for public transport directly from the owner. The apartment, recently renovated, consists of a living room with kitchen and a small hallway leading to the bathroom. The decor is really tasteful. At 200 meters from the apartment there is a path to reach Monte Goi, on which there is a cabin where you can taste typical local dishes and enjoy a beautiful view of the city center. I recommend the stay to those who love history and culture but also walks and nothing short of spectacular landscapes.
