★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per motivi professionali mi sono ivi recato ed ho constatato - con gradimento - k esistono istituzioni dotate di addetti garbati,
cortesi e ben disponibili a facilitare le formalità di rito. Ovviamente il contribuente
non esperto di procedure ha insuperabili difficoltà-stante carenza di professionalita-
non risolvibili senza la conoscenza del processo tributario di 2* grado/appello.
Malgrado la soppressione IMPREVEDIBILE
del treno ed il ritardo dell'autobus sostitutivo,non previsto come imporrebbe la logica......???!!!.....ho discusso in udienza.
Precedentemente avevo colloquiato con i responsabil di Cancelleria/Segreteria ed anticipato le mie perplessità ad onorare i tempi indicati nel ruolo d'udienza,stante mia pregressa esperienza.....ferroviaria.
I molto cortesi addetti ne hanno tenuto conto e sono stato in grado di eseguire le varie formalità innanzi al COLLEGIO GIUDICANTE,comprensivo del lieve contrattempo,occorso senza alcuna mia colpa e/o responsabilità.
L'esito del processo è stato in completa armonia al dlgs 546/92 k lo disciplina ed il Collegio Giudicante ha pedissequamente applicato tale normativa,con insperata celerità.

Per analoghe necessita'ho parlato con la Signora " C "....addetta a fornire sicure informazioni - via telefono - precise e puntuali.Ho ottenuto quanto mi necessitava rapidamente e con la possibilità di non....pasticciare.... nella successiva rituale fase di deposito, trasmissione degli atti,come per legge,ovvero in forma telematica.
Successivamente - alle h 17 circa - sono stato contattato da altro cortese e disponibile addetto k aveva trovato la mia chiamata di......interpello in memoria e aveva ritenuto "Suo dovere istituzionale"sentirmi.
Esprimo apprezzamento × le pronte notizie fornitemi,ma ho valutato " una attuale rarità " il garbo,la premura,
l'educazione e la disponibilità riservatami al riguardo.Non mi pare k altri uffici analoghi ( Regionali ) manifestino tale precisione/efficienza e....." Modestia " degli Addetti.Con doverosa osservanza e privacy × la mia trasparente deduzione suesposta.

Il suesposto cortese Addetto Sig.S....alla mia richiesta di opportuno chiarmento × pagamento immediato
CU tributario - non previsto - ha subito esposto/fornito adeguata informativa alla mia perplessità e non ho ritenuto opportuno procrastinare il versamento né pasticciare nella formalità.
Confermo l'abituale correttezza e disponibilità degli Addetti.

For professional reasons I went there and I found - with satisfaction - there are institutions with polite staff,
courteous and willing to facilitate the formalities. Obviously the taxpayer
non-expert in procedures has unsurpassed difficulties - due to lack of professionalism -
not solvable without knowledge of the 2nd degree / appeal tax process.
Despite the UNPREDICTABLE deletion
of the train and the delay of the substitute bus, not foreseen as the logic would dictate ...... ??? !!! ..... I discussed at the hearing.
Previously I had talked with the managers of the Chancellery / Secretariat and anticipated my perplexities to honor the times indicated in the hearing, given my previous experience ..... railway.
The very courteous employees took this into account and I was able to carry out the various formalities before the JUDGING BOARD, including the slight setback, which occurred without any fault of mine and / or responsibility.
The outcome of the trial was in complete harmony with Legislative Decree 546/92 k disciplines it and the Judging Panel has slavishly applied this legislation, with unexpected speed.

For similar needs I spoke to Mrs. "C" .... in charge of providing secure information - via telephone - precise and punctual. I got what I needed quickly and with the possibility of not .... messing around .... in the subsequent ritual phase of filing, transmission of the documents, as required by law, or in electronic form.
Subsequently - at about 5 pm - I was contacted by another courteous and helpful employee k he had found my call of ...... interrogation in memory and had considered "your institutional duty" to hear from me.
I express my appreciation for the prompt news you have provided me, but I have evaluated the courtesy, the attention, as "a current rarity"
the education and availability reserved for me in this regard. I do not think k other similar offices (Regional) show such precision / efficiency and ..... "Modesty" of the Employees. With due observance and privacy × my transparent deduction above.

The aforementioned courteous Employee Mr. S .... to my request for appropriate clarification × immediate payment
Tax CU - not foreseen - immediately exposed / provided adequate information to my perplexity and I did not consider it appropriate to postpone the payment or mess with the formality.
I confirm the usual correctness and availability of the Employees.
