★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento online per aggiornamento carta di soggiorno e mi sono presentato puntualmente. Al operatore nella sua lista dei appuntamenti quello mio risultavo cancellato per motivo sconosciuto. Mi ha detto che se ho pazienza me lo fa fare anche a me. Però dopo un ora e mezzo di attesa quando io ho chiesto di chiamare me perché dovevo andare al lavoro mi hanno detto che devo fare passare tutti gli persone. Mi sono andato via. Peggio del peggio
I made an appointment online to update the residence permit and I showed up on time. To the operator in his appointment list, my one was canceled for an unknown reason. He told me that if I have patience he will let me do it too. But after an hour and a half of waiting when I asked to call me because I had to go to work they told me that I have to let all the people through. I went away. Worse than the worst
