La prima volta ad inizio novembre, interrogato sulle modalità di rinnovo passaporto mi è stato detto, quasi sgarbatamente, di leggere un avviso al muro dove erano indicati i giorni di apertura (martedì, giovedì e venerdì); la seconda volta, il giorno 15 novembre venerdì (giorno di apertura), mi è stato detto che bisognava prima prenotare.
