★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale a dir poco ridicolo! Mai incontrato persone così tanto maleducate, svogliate, cattive, inette e ignoranti. Se cercate rispetto e spiegazioni alle vostre domande, avete proprio sbagliato posto! Ci sono un ‘signore’ e una ‘signora’ di un’ignoranza disarmante, sempre pronti a ridicolizzarti e a risponderti male, come se fosse colpa nostra che debbano lavorare 3 ore al giorno. Se vengo a fare un passaporto non mi interessa dover sentire frasi del tipo ‘cosa farete tutti il passaporto adesso?! Dove dovrete andare?! C’è il coviddi’; consiglio alla signora di iniziare a viaggiare, di uscire di casa e di aprire la sua mente ristretta e petulante. È come se avessero costante bisogno di umiliare le persone e di farle sentire stupide. Mi sono confrontata con altri e tutti siamo rimasti scioccati da questi due personaggi. Vergogna! Dovremo avere il diritto di scegliere il personale statale e non doverci sorbire queste figure!
 Staff to say the least ridiculous! Never met such rude, listless, bad, inept and ignorant people. If you are looking for respect and explanations for your questions, you are in the wrong place! There are a 'sir' and a 'lady' of disarming ignorance, always ready to ridicule you and give you a bad answer, as if it were our fault that they have to work 3 hours a day. If I come to make a passport I don't care having to hear phrases like 'what are you all going to do with your passport now ?! Where do you have to go ?! There is the coviddi '; I advise the lady to start traveling, to leave the house and to open her narrow and petulant mind. It's like they constantly need to humiliate people and make them feel stupid. I confronted myself with others and we were all shocked by these two characters. Shame! We should have the right to choose state personnel and not have to put up with these figures!
