Guido un'auto a noleggio, per qualsiasi riparazione è necessario ottenere prima l'autorizzazione della società di leasing. Che dire, il Sig. Costa ha dimostrato una cortesia e professionalità che non speravo di trovare. Si è dato da fare con la società per avere una autorizzazione veloce, mi ha dato una vettura sostitutiva senza formalità, permettendomi di godere in pieno tutti i giorni della vacanza e alla riconsegna mi ha fatto trovare la macchina così pulita, che nemmeno il giorno in cui l'ho ritirata dal concessionario.
