★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi ho trovati due tubi uguali, seppur semplicissimi ( ho lo scontrino dell'acquisto ). Me ne sono stati consegnati , senza dirmelo, due diversi e me ne sono accorta una volta a casa però li avevo già aperti dalla confezione e, dato che io sono corretta e rispetto le tegole commerciali, non sono tornata a cambiarli.
Ho dovuto rivolgermi ad altro punto vendita per risolvere il problema.
Personale gentile ma completamente disorganizzato circa le dinamiche lavorative e senza un responsabile che ne verifichi la serietà durante l'orario di lavoro.
Si entra nel punto vendita, dove occorre attendere in cassa che arrivi il commesso del reparto a cui ci si deve rivolgere.
Si torna poi di nuovo in cassa, dove c'è una persona calva che beve tranquillamente da una tazza metallica, mentre chiacchiera con i suoi amici che entrano, totalmente incapace di gestire una semplicissima fila di clienti paganti: senza chiedere il permesso a chi attende, fa pagare prima i suoi amici e poi chi aspetta in fila.
Quando è capitato in mia presenza ho protestato ma il cassiere mi ha risposto " che ci posso fare, lui è prepotente " ed ha alzate le spalle mentre lui ed il suo amico-cliente Mauro se la ridevano pure.
In ogni caso, non tornerò mai più in questo negozio e lo sconsiglio a tutti: mai vista tanta mancanza di onestà, serietà e rispetto delle regole in diversi episodi. Un'esperienza allucinante, è l'unico termine civile che mi viene in mente per definire le mie esperienze in questo luogo.

I had to go to another store to solve the problem.
Kind staff but completely disorganized about the working dynamics and without a manager who checks their seriousness during working hours.
You enter the store, where you have to wait at the cash desk for the clerk of the department to be contacted to arrive.
Then we go back to the cash register, where there is a bald person who drinks quietly from a metal cup, while chatting with his friends who come in, totally unable to manage a simple row of paying customers: without asking permission from those who wait , he charges his friends first and then those who wait in line.
When it happened in my presence I protested but the cashier replied "what can I do, he is bossy" and he shrugged while he and his friend-client Mauro were laughing too.
In any case, I will never go back to this shop and I do not recommend it to everyone: never seen so much lack of honesty, seriousness and respect for the rules in different episodes. A hallucinatory experience, it is the only civil term that comes to mind to define my experiences in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo punto vendita varie volte, purtroppo non sempre sono riuscito a trovare ciò che cercavo. Inoltre con alcuni elementi del personale non mi sono trovato bene, poco cordiali e non sempre preparati. Do due stelle, perché potrebbe migliorare molto.
