They are exceptional, kindness and availability made people. They follow you over time after a purchase, with promptness and professionalism. I had a problem with my used caravan bought by them 4 years ago. Despite the holidays in 48 hours they solved everything for me, coming in person promptly from Forlimpopoli to Brisighella. Io lho fatto nel 2013 acquistando un rimorchio leggero e a distanza di 9 anni (e qui si vede il merito...) ho avuto bisogno di chiedere informazioni mie personali in merito all acquisto fatto 9 anni or sono... Ebbene.... Ho trovato la sig. Ra Genny e suo padre (proprio come 9 anni fa) ho posto i miei quesiti e si sono fatti carico dei miei problemi cercando di aiutarmi.. Non tutti lo fanno. Loro non dimenticano. Si ricordano che sei "passato di lì"...mi hanno aiutato. Questo per me, cliente, VALE.
Vale più questo di un grosso sconto all'acquisto. Bravissimi. Consigliatissimi.
Very kind, competent, helpful staff. Definitely recommended to buy in this exercise ... I did it in 2013 by purchasing a light trailer and after 9 years (and here we see the merit ...) I needed to ask my personal information about the purchase made 9 years ago I'm ... Well .... I found Mrs. Ra Genny and her father (just like 9 years ago) I asked my questions and took care of my problems trying to help me .. Not everyone does. They don't forget. They remember that you "passed by" ... they helped me. This is WORTH for me, customer.
This is worth more than a big discount on purchase. Very good. Highly recommended.
