★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera fregatura ho acquistato un piano cottura che ho dovuto cambiare dopo un mese un lavandino a due vasche difettato alla base....chiamati e richiamati
ma alla fine se ne sono fregati è ho dovuto ricomprare il tutto..... OVVIAMENTENO NO DA LORO. Diffidate . Comunque era solo passata una settimana e no un mese.
A real rip off I bought a hob that I had to change after a month a two bowl sink defective at the base .... called and called back
but in the end they didn't care and I had to buy everything back ..... OF COURSE NO FROM THEM. Be wary. However, it had only been a week and not a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato una cappa di design. Il prodotto esteticamente è bello ma poco curato nei particolari in quanto monta lampadine a incandescenza e l'accesso alle stesse è oltremodo difficoltoso perchè le mascherine trasparenti di copertura vengono via con estrema difficoltà oltre al concreto rischio di rompere i gancetti di plastica che le affrancano alla scocca. Inoltre altre parti che la costituiscono sembrano fatte artigianalmente nel senso peggiore del termine.
Il libretto di istruzioni non riporta nemmeno i dati essenziali per l'installazione.
In ultimo, i tempi di consegna, pari a 20gg. dall'ordine sono stati davvero eccessivi
I recently purchased a designer hood. The product is aesthetically beautiful but little attention to detail as it mounts incandescent bulbs and access to them is extremely difficult because the transparent covering masks come off with extreme difficulty in addition to the concrete risk of breaking the plastic hooks that fasten them to the shell. Furthermore, other parts that make it up seem to be handcrafted in the worst sense of the term.
The instruction book does not even contain the essential data for installation.
Lastly, delivery times, equal to 20 days. from the order they were really excessive

E' gente molto seria. Ho comprato un lavello in ultragranint per mia madre e purtroppo nel trasposto e' arrivato rotto (non per colpa loro)
Sono stati serissimi nel restituire la somma pagata e ritirare il pezzo danneggiato .
Ora lo ricompro
