La gestione affidata a Zaliclò è quella di una cucina ricca di sapori della nostra terra cucinati con sapiente maestria dallo chef Mantione. Lo staff è cortese e preparato alle attenzioni degli ospiti. Il locale è un mix tra luogo fantastico e chic. Ha angoli che ricordano il cabaret e dettagli che sembea di stare nella savana.
