Ad oggi state ancora trattenendo l’importo pagato e non avete MAI risposto alle decine di mail inviate.
Offrite un servizio vergonoso, non esiste un call center e ho anche provato a contattare un punto vendita per avere un contatto diretto ma non è servito a nulla.
We placed an order on January 31st which was then canceled by you on February 9th due to product unavailability (but say it first, right?)
To date, you are still withholding the amount paid and have NEVER replied to the dozens of emails sent.
You offer a rough service, there is no call center and I also tried to contact a store to have direct contact but it didn't help.
