D	Donatella Miceli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa ho fatto sostituire dalla ditta COMES di Forlì, una zanzariera di casa che si era rotta. Oggi la stessa zanzariera è caduta, sganciandosi dall'alto, senza aver ricevuto nessun tipo di sollecitazione. Sono andata alla Comes ed ho raccontato ciò che era successo. L'unica risposta ricevuta è stata che avevano troppo lavoro e non avevano tempo né di guardare, né tantomeno di aggiustare la zanzariera. Sarebbero potuti passare mesi, così mi è stato detto, prima che la mia zanzariera potesse essere rimontata. La Comes quindi, scortesia a parte, non solo fa molto male il suo lavoro ( la zanzariera è durata meno di un anno), non solo non risponde del suo lavoro, ma anche non si degna di aggiustare i propri prodotti. Pessima ditta, sconsigliatissima e in più molto cara. A year ago I had the COMES company in Forlì replace, a broken mosquito net. Today the same mosquito net has fallen, falling from above, without having received any kind of solicitation. I went to Comes and told what had happened. The only response received was that they had too much work and had no time to look, let alone to adjust the mosquito net. It could have been months, so I was told, before my mosquito net could be reassembled. The Comes therefore, rudeness aside, not only does its job very badly (the mosquito net lasted less than a year), not only does it not respond to its work, but also does not deign to adjust its products. Very bad company, not recommended and very expensive.

m	mauro dante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti alla comes per acquistare e montare una tenda al mare , é stata montata a luglio 2020 Dopo 18 mesi abbiamo riscontrato che la staffa era arrugginita Ci siamo rivolti alla ditta e ci ha messo al corrente che la staffa non era stata zincata. A vostro parere una staffa al mare non doveva essere zincata all'origine dato che fatto questo lavoro da una vita ? Ci hanno risposto in modo poco garbato che se volevamo cambiarla le spese per lo smontaggio, zincatura e rimontaggio erano a carico nostro Oltre il danno la beffa.
