Sono andata a fare le unghie due volte: nella prima ho fatto il semi permanente alle mani ed è stato applicato velocemente e in malo modo, addirittura avevo nei bordi ancora lo smalto vecchio. La seconda volta sono andata per il gel alle mani e per ricostruire un’unghia, dopo due giorni si è completamente spezzata (pagate 40€). Ho chiamato il centro estetico ma mi è stato detto che si poteva risolvere il problema dopo DUE settimane. A parer mio svolgono il lavoro in maniera frettolosa e poco professionale, senza contare che i prezzi sono alti. Inoltre la ragazza che ha risposto al telefono è stata veramente scortese. Mai più. RISPOSTA: Sono tornata perché sbagliare è umano ma perseverare è incompetenza (e sono anche gentile). Riguardo ai vostri tempi di lavoro, non ho criticato la tempistica ma il metodo. Dopo sei ore il risultato sarebbe lo stesso, si tratta proprio di competenza lavorativa (e purtroppo nel vostro caso non c’è). Riguardo a Conte, dove l’ignoranza parla, l’intelligenza tace... e meno male che per 15 giorni siete chiusi, ringrazio. Bad. Ringrazio ancora Sara per l'ottimo lavoro (extension alle ciglia) e sono proprio come le desideravo: naturali!! Il centro è pulitissimo e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Gentilissima anche la signora all'accoglienza che mi ha proposto dei buonissimi prodotti a prezzi vantaggiosi! Ci tornerò sicuramente! Congratulations, you are really good: professional, fast and available. Thanks again to Sara for the great job (eyelash extensions) and they are just as I wanted them: natural !! The center is very clean and the value for money is excellent. Also very kind the lady at the reception who offered me some delicious products at advantageous prices! I will definitely be back!
A	Alessia Rolgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi lavoro mediocre.. dopo anni e anni di unghie è la prima volta che mi capita di fare il semi ( fatto mercoledì sera..) e proprio adesso mi si è sbeccato.. quindi solo 3 giorni dopo .. che nervi domani parto per il mare...!!!! Inoltre ci sono residui del vecchio semi e le unghie sono tutte di lunghezze diverse.. Va be insomma non ci tornerò. I would say mediocre work .. after years and years of nails it is the first time that I happen to do the semi (done on Wednesday evening ..) and right now it is chipped .. so only 3 days later .. what nerves tomorrow I leave for the sea...!!!! Also there are residues of the old seeds and the nails are all of different lengths. Okay in short I will not go back.
