Oltre ad essere trattato con arroganza da una persona con un grado alto che mi ha addirittura lanciato la patente sul tavolo dopo averla guardata, non sono nemmeno riusciti ad aiutarmi e tantomeno capire il loro errore nella battitura del mio cognome. Esperienza pessima con gente veramente non capace di servire l'esigenza dei cittadini.
Alla fine sono stato costretto ad andare presso il comando provinciale dei Carabinieri dove ho risolto il problema in meno di 10 minuti.
I went to this place to collect a loss report of one of my personal items. In addition to being treated arrogantly by someone with a high degree who even threw my driver's license on the table after looking at it, they couldn't even help me, much less understand their mistake in typing my last name. Bad experience with people truly unable to serve the needs of citizens.
In the end I was forced to go to the provincial headquarters of the Carabinieri where I solved the problem in less than 10 minutes.
