★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi lamento per una sanzione subita a casetta Civinini che a mio avviso è iniqua per quanto non è segnalato nessun divieto se no quello di circolazione, che secondo me dovrebbe me essere per tutta l'area e non solo per la spiaggia libera. Ora mi viene contestato che ho parcheggiato in zona sotto vincolo idrogeologico e paesaggistico come legge regionale toscana n.26/1998 all'art.1 ora mi domando come è possibile che fino l'anno passato si pagava il parcheggio in zona sotto vincolo dal 1998? Sono sempre stato ligio nel rispettare le regole ma in questa occasione mi sento defraudato dei miei principi. Pregherei il vostro comando di essere più chiari nel mettere i cartelli per non incorrere in altre sanzioni, dopo decenni che frequentavo quella zona ora mio malgrado sono costretto a cercare altri posti dove non siano sottoposti al vincolo!!! addio turisti
I complain about a sanction suffered at the Civinini cottage which I believe is unfair as far as no prohibition is reported, other than that of circulation, which I think should be for the whole area and not just for the free beach. Now I am being challenged that I parked in the area under hydrogeological and landscape constraints as the Tuscan regional law n.26 / 1998 in art.1 now I wonder how it is possible that until last year you paid parking in the area under constraint since 1998 ? I have always been loyal in respecting the rules but on this occasion I feel defrauded of my principles. I would ask your command to be clearer in putting up the signs to avoid other sanctions, after decades that I frequented that area now, despite myself, I am forced to look for other places where they are not subject to the constraint !!! goodbye tourists
