★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena rientrati da un Tour verso le Capitali Baltiche ed e' ora di consuntivo.Luoghi meravigliosi ,organizzazione turistica a livelli interessanti,qualche appunto su politiche applicate da alcuni ristoratori,mi riferisco ad un episodio dove una persona del gruppo stava male ed ha chiesto in sostituzione del pranzo una semplice porzione di riso in bianco.Ha creato un certo imbarazzo sentirsi chiedere 10 euro per ottenere un piatto ripeto in sostituzione dell'intero pranzo e non in aggiunta.
Veramente lodevole l'operato della nostra guida Trillo Ieva che oltre che disponibile e praticamente perfetta in occasione del momento in cui un componente del gruppo e' stato male,si e' dimostrata veramente capace e preparata ai massimi livelli nello svolgere sempre con estrema attenzione il suo lavoro.
Just back from a tour to the Baltic capitals and it's time to do it. Wonderful places, tourist organization at interesting levels, some notes on policies applied by some restaurateurs, I refer to an episode where a person of the group was ill and asked in replacement of lunch a simple portion of rice in white.It has created some embarrassment to be asked for 10 euros to get a repeat dish instead of the whole lunch and not in addition.
Truly commendable is the work of our guide Trillo Ieva who, in addition to being available and practically perfect at the time when a member of the group was ill, proved to be truly capable and prepared at the highest levels in always performing the his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto il piacere di effettuare un tour a San Pietroburgo e Mosca organizzato dalla Columbia. Partenza 7 agosto e rientro il 17. Nonostante la calca di Ferragosto il tutto si è svolto nella massima organizzazione, tempi calcolati, hotel e ristoranti che ci hanno soddisfatti pienamente. Aggiungiamo anche la grande professionalità di Gabriella Sileo che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il tour affiancata dalla brava Ludmilla e Alex.
BRAVI, BRAVI E complimenti alla Columbia.

We had the pleasure of touring in St. Petersburg and Moscow organized by Columbia. Departure August 7th and return on the 17th. Despite the crowd of Ferragosto, everything took place in the maximum organization, calculated times, hotels and restaurants that fully satisfied us. We also add the great professionalism of Gabriella Sileo who accompanied us throughout the tour accompanied by the good Ludmilla and Alex.
