Non mi risulta che nessuno ha mai risposto e non mi avete risolto il problema, vi siete defilato, nemmeno il libretto uso e manutenzione in italiano mi avete mandato come avevate promesso.
Unreliable, when needed they do not respond, there is no guarantee on the products they sell, I am disappointed. I do not understand that no one has ever answered and you have not solved the problem, you have slipped away, not even the use and maintenance booklet in Italian you have sent me as you promised.

I bought 2 fiac compressor heads on June 18, I received the first one at the end of July and to this day I am still missing the second without any explanation, I do not recommend

I purchased a Grilletta mixer on their site on the recommendation of FAMAG as it was the only shop that would ship to the UK. Mr. Ferdinando was always available and everything went as agreed. On-time delivery and flawless packaging.
