★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono capitato per caso nella Coltelleria A.M., in Via Taro a Prato, per affilare alcune forbici e mi sono immediatamente trovato catapultato in mondo per me tanto sconosciuto quanto affascinante fatto, da una parte, di storia, arte e cultura orientale e, dall'altra, di coltelli ed oggetti moderni. Ho visto una vastità impressionante di coltelli artigianali, spade e Katane oltre che di strumenti professionali per il taglio. Ho conosciuto il proprietario, Armando, che si è subito mostrato disponibile e competente, e mi ha illustrato con passione, pazienza ed entusiasmo le caratteristiche di alcuni oggetti che avevano destato in me maggiore curiosità. Ah dimenticavo, le forbici sono state affilate in maniera impeccabile e professionale. Tornerò di sicuro. Sicuramente unico nel suo genere a Prato.
I happened by chance in the AM Cutlery, in Via Taro in Prato, to sharpen some scissors and I immediately found myself catapulted into a world so unknown to me as fascinating made, on the one hand, of oriental history, art and culture and, on the other , of knives and modern objects. I saw an impressive vastness of artisan knives, swords and Katanas as well as professional cutting tools. I met the owner, Armando, who immediately showed himself available and competent, and illustrated to me with passion, patience and enthusiasm the characteristics of some objects that had aroused in me more curiosity. Oh I forgot, the scissors have been sharpened impeccably and professionally. I'll be back for sure. Definitely the only one of its kind in Prato.
