Partiamo dal presupposto che la mia situazione era molto difficile perché dovevo vendere prima di acquistare ed avevamo trovato la casa dei nostri sogni prima di vendere. beh l'agenzia ha venduto casa mia in 3 gg ed ha dimostrato una professionalità molto elevata e tutto ciò in piena emergenza COVID. Il nostro agente è stato sempre ONESTO e SINCERO (lo sottolineo perché trovarli in questo campo non è facile), qualità per me molto importanti. Quindi, la mia recensione è positiva e consiglierei l'agenzia a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di vendere o acquistare :) I want to spend two words in favor of this real estate company with which I have had experience in selling and buying a house. We assume that my situation was very difficult because I had to sell before buying and we had found the house of our dreams before selling. well the agency sold my house in 3 days and showed a very high professionalism and all this in full COVID emergency. Our agent has always been HONEST and SINCERE (I stress it because finding them in this field is not easy), qualities that are very important to me. So my review is positive and I would recommend the agency to anyone who plans to sell or buy :)

Ho messo in vendita tramite loro il mio appartamento e , oltre ad avermi seguito in ogni passo ( un particolare ringraziamento a Claudio che ha curato personalmente la vendita) sono stati velocissimi dal momento dell’assegnazione dell’incarico alla proposta di acquisto ( 1 mese circa). Questo a differenza di altre agenzie, a loro dire blasonate e bravissime che hanno parlato tantissimo e fatto pochi fatti. In sei mesi infatti per lo stesso appartamento non sono riusciti a portarmi nemmeno una proposta di acquisto. CONSIGLIO caldamente Colossea immobiliare , una squadra di persone SERIE e PROFESSIONALI. Personale simpatico ma nello stesso tempo un po invadenti. What can I say, the cuisine is very good, the first plentiful but the starters poor. For what you pay I expected better. Nice staff but at the same time a little pushy.
