Quando prenoti un appuntamento da Hair & Relax sposi un'idea ben precisa di fare "bellezza" che si distingue in maniera chiara dagli altri saloni. Da Susy ci vai per i tipi di prodotti che vengono utilizzati, soprattutto per le tinte (adoro il mio Colorgame), per i trattamenti, ma in particolare per la gestione degli appuntamenti: non ci sono molte clienti per volta e questo rende l'ambiente esclusivo, la puntualità e l'aria serena e silenziosa che si percepisce . Specialissima è stata la seduta di giovedì scorso (che mi è stata regalata per il mio compleanno da delle persone a me care) e con tutta sincerità posso affermare che era iniziata ancor prima di arrivare in salone, solo all 'idea di farmi coccolare da Susanna e il suo team. Il servizio Natural Relax Experience si è rivelato una conferma: 1 ora e mezza tra massaggio (di cui non voglio svelare le particolarità) e piega finale (durata 4 giorni). I prodotti utilizzati durante il trattamento sono un mix di olii che hanno reso i capelli ancora più lucenti e morbidi come la seta. Quindi, che dire? Sono stra-entusiasta!! Grazie ragazze, a presto?? Ah, dimenticavo: adoro il mio color rame!!! Più passano le settimane e più mi piace!! SPECIAL BEAUTY SESSIONS! When you book an appointment at Hair & Relax you marry a very specific idea of making "beauty" that clearly stands out from other salons. At Susy you go there for the types of products that are used, especially for the colors (I love my Colorgame), for the treatments, but in particular for the management of appointments: there are not many customers at a time and this makes the environment exclusive, punctuality and the serene and silent air that is perceived. The session last Thursday was very special (which was given to me for my birthday by people dear to me) and with all sincerity I can say that it began even before I arrived in the salon, only at the idea of being pampered by Susanna and his team. The Natural Relax Experience service proved to be a confirmation: 1 hour and a half between massage (of which I do not want to reveal the particularities) and final fold (duration 4 days). The products used during the treatment are a mix of oils that have made the hair even more shiny and soft like silk. So what about? I am very enthusiastic !! Thanks girls, see you soon?? Ai primi capelli bianchi ho cercato in tutta l'area di Padova una professionista della colorazione e mi sembrava un'impresa impossibile. Appena trovata Susanna ho deciso di scriverle. Ha sempre risposto ai miei quesiti in maniera professionale e cordiale. Da quando ho provato Coloroasi, ornai più di un anno fa, non li lascio più! Finalmente sono fiera dei miei capelli. Le colorazioni donano un effetto naturale e Susanna è stata in grado di consigliarmi al meglio. Attendo con ansia il momento della colorazione per potermi rilassare da lei. Ci tengo inoltre a specificare che ho sempre avuto cattive esperienze sui tagli (volevo tenere i capelli lunghi ma i parrucchieri che provavo li tagliavano "a tradimento"). Susanna invece rispetta totalmente le direttive dei clienti e, dopo ben 15 anni, sono di nuovo in grado di godermi i miei capelli lunghi, spuntati il giusto da Coloroasi, senza "sorprese" post taglio. Non mi fidavo più di nessuno e farmi trattare i capelli da qualcuno era davvero diventato stressante per me. A lei invece dico appunto grazie perché dopo due mesi i capelli sono rimasti sani e ho la sensazione che la cute si sia anche riequilibrata, infatti ho pochissima forfora! E lo shampoo rigenerante fase 2 è buonissimo, appena lo applico mi sento come se fossi in salone a rilassarmi! Siamo in attesa della sede staccata ad Amburgo!! ?
