Ho notato spesso che anche con altri clienti non c'è la frenesia del volerti a qualunque costo rifilarti il prodotto più caro, ma ti mettono nelle condizioni di decidere quale utilizzare e con tutte le necessarie informazioni al riguardo. Aggiungo inoltre che dove le competenze degli addetti non arrivano, si fanno carico nel reperire sul mercato le opportune conoscenze per una rapida risoluzione del problema.
In conclusione lo consiglio, spero e mi auguro che si mantenga questo livello di servizio.
