f	fy gg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni ed eventualmente prenotare del materiale la risposta brusca e schietta poco prima di attaccare il telefono in faccia è stata: “non siamo qui per dare consulenza abbiamo 2 tipo di cartoncino, ho dei clienti in negozio salve” professionalità -100! Togliete il numero di telefono se non si può chiamare per sapere cosa avete :) I called to ask for information and possibly to book some material, the abrupt and frank answer just before I put the phone on my face was: "we are not here to give advice we have 2 types of card, I have customers in the shop, hello" professionalism -100! Remove the phone number if you can't call to find out what you have :)

Da quando però il proprietario gestisce l'attività da solo ed in prima persona il negozio è un caos, i rifornimenti dei prodotti non vengono effettuati ed il personaggio è maleducato e inadatto ad avere rapporti con il pubblico. Vere le recensioni di chi dice che al telefono è intrattabile e anche di persona: se non ha voglia di cercarti un prodotto ti manda a cercartelo da solo fosse anche quattro gambe in uno scaffale quasi inaccessibile. Ci si chiede come un negozio così, punto di riferimento storico dell'Accademia di Belle Arti proprio di fronte, possa essere distrutto in questo modo. Poi ci si lamenta perché i negozi chiudono ed i prodotti si acquistano in internet. I was a customer of the shop for years when it was well stocked and qualified staff. However, since the owner manages the business himself and in the first person the shop is a chaos, the supplies of the products are not made and the character is rude and unsuitable for having relationships with the public. True the reviews of those who say that on the phone he is intractable and also in person: if he does not want to look for a product he sends you to look for it alone if it were also four legs in an almost inaccessible shelf. One wonders how a shop like this, historical landmark of the Academy of Fine Arts right in front, can be destroyed in this way. Then we complain about the fact that the shops close and the products are bought on the internet.

Ahhh sì un ''vero piacere spendere il denaro da lui''... ma andasse al diavolo, Mai più!!! Vado altrove dove son tratta con rispetto e consigliata al meglio! Ci sono tanti altri negozi e forniti meglio dove ti sanno consigliare!
