Sbaglio a salire sui sedili e sbaglio a girare il volante.... Per la durata del servizio la macchina si deve tenere incartata e si deve guardare da lontano senza usarla . F	Francesco Terracciano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso in esame diversi preventivi, decido di affidarmi a Color Glo, nonostante la cifra richiesta fosse decisamente più alta rispetto alla concorrenza, forse perché influenzato dalle numerose recensioni entusiastiche. Il lavoro richiesto era un rifacimento di un imperiale e la riparazione di un rivestimento plastico di una Fiat Uno. Dopo "due settimane" di attesa, mi reco in Ditta per il montaggio e scopro con grande stupore che l'imperiale non è il mio, ma un articolo nuovo originale probabilmente comprato da un rivenditore di ricambi d'auto. Ma il vero problema è che il colore non corrispondeva a quello da me richiesto, cioè il grigio. La signora responsabile del reparto, di sua iniziativa aveva provveduto ad acquistare un articolo nuovo e di colore beige, senza nemmeno avvisarmi. Alla fine dopo una lunga discussione decido di accettare il piccolo sconto e il relativo montaggio. Per fortuna che non gli ho commissionato il rifacimento della tappezzeria, per la quale inutile dirlo, mi rivolgerò altrove. L'unica cosa di cui mi ritengo soddisfatto è la riparazione del rivestito plastico dell'abitacolo. But the real problem is that the color did not correspond to what I requested, namely gray. The lady in charge of the department, on her own initiative, had purchased a new beige-colored item, without even notifying me. In the end, after a long discussion, I decide to accept the small discount and its assembly. Fortunately, I did not commission him to make the upholstery, for which needless to say, I will turn elsewhere. The only thing I am satisfied with is the repair of the plastic lining of the passenger compartment.

Arrivato li alle 17.40 mi accorgo che il lavoro era appena stato iniziato e sono stato costretto ad attendere per un altra ora perdendo un impegno lavorativo che avevo. Non solo, essendo orario di chiusura mi viene sospeso il lavoro a metà, con i fari che si presentavano in condizioni molto peggiori di quelle iniziali. Mi viene oltretutto chiesto di ritornare per il completamento non prima di 15gg sostenendo che i fari avrebbero dovuto "asciugarsi" e chiedendo il pagamento (di un prezzo non economico) anticipato del 70% senza alcuna ricevuta. Ho evitato un inutile attesa facendo portare a termine la lucidatura da un comune carrozziere il giorno seguente. Ho avuto conferma di ciò che gia sapevo: buona preparazione da parte dei colleghi e grande disponibilità ad accontentare le mie richieste, anche quelle per piccoli dettagli. Il tutto fatto in 3 ore e mezze. Consegnata l'auto alle 13 alle 16.30 era pronta. Fabrizio, presumo il titolare, persona cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio, buona esperienza. Dopo il preventivo per rifare l"imperiale di una Audi A2, hanno proceduto con un foglio di lavoro indicandomi il tipo di intervento ed i tempi di consegna. Ho lasciato in sede l'imperiale e successivamente sono stato contattato telefonicamente per il ritiro compreso di montaggio. Ci andrò prestissimo per rifare delle sedute per poltroncine.
