★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo. Purtroppo non è possibile dare stelle negative. In tal caso sarebbero state ben meritate.
Proprio stamani ero lì ed ero ben contento di poter ricaricare facendo la spesa. Chiedo informazioni all' interno del supermercato sul funzionamento e sul costo ( sembrerebbe che sia necessatio inserire un gettone per erogare l' energia ). Mi è stato riferito che la colonnina non è di loro proprietà e che l' Eurospin ha solo concesso gratuitamente lo spazio all' interno del loro parcheggio per fare installare la colonnina e che non sanno assolutamente nulla sul funzionamento. La colonnina peraltro non riporta nessuna istruzione ed alcun numero telefonico cui fare riferimento e sembra inattiva ed anche vandalizzata.
Un' occasione sprecata per fare una cosa intelligente ed utile per la clientela. Nonchè di forte immagine positiva per il brand in questione.
Se qualcuno sapesse qualcosa di più sarebbe bello che ne dasse notizia.

One star is too much. Unfortunately it is not possible to give negative stars. In that case they would have been well deserved.
Just this morning I was there and I was happy to be able to recharge by shopping. I ask for information inside the supermarket on the operation and on the cost (it would seem that it is necessary to insert a token to supply the energy). I was told that the column is not their property and that Eurospin has only granted free space inside their parking lot to have the column installed and that they know absolutely nothing about how it works. The column, however, does not report any instructions and any telephone number to refer to and seems inactive and even vandalized.
A wasted opportunity to do something intelligent and useful for customers. As well as a strong positive image for the brand in question.
If someone knew something more it would be nice if they would give the news.
